Assisted in establishing DCRC as the UAE 1st mixed (public and private) Cord Blood Bank and 1st of its kind in the Middle East. She built international connections of the DCRC with international cord blood banks & other international registries to include DCRC units. Asma is frequent speaker in national and international conferences, mainly in the field of cord blood banking and stem cell science. Also she is an Official representative of Oxford University in UAE and Operational Director of Oxford Biodynamics Limited, UAE branch as Oxford Biodynamics Ltd has developed a technology to identify and detect epigenetic structures associated with abnormal expression (branch under development).Asma is Pioneer to introduce regenerative medicine & cellular therapy technologies to the region.
